LABOON(이하 "회사")은 모바일 게임 「리턴 투 1990」(이하 "게임")을 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 게임이 어떤 정보를 왜 모으고, 얼마나 보관하며, 이용자가 어떤 권리를 가지는지 안내합니다. 게임은 이름·전화번호·주민등록번호를 받지 않으며, 회원가입 없이 기기마다 무작위로 만들어지는 게임 계정으로 이용합니다.

2. 보관 기간과 파기
계정을 삭제하면 게임 기록·재화·순위·문의 내용을 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 법령이 정한 기록은 그 기간 동안 따로 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
- 계약·결제에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 소비자 불만·분쟁 처리 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
- 접속 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
1년 이상 접속하지 않은 계정은 미리 알린 뒤 기록을 분리 보관하거나 파기할 수 있습니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
3. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법하게 요구하는 경우만 예외입니다.
4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
게임 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡깁니다. 일부 업체는 해외 법인이어서 정보가 국외로 이전(전송·보관)될 수 있습니다. 이전은 게임 이용 중 네트워크로 이루어지며, 위탁 계약이 끝나거나 계정을 삭제하면 파기됩니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 게임 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다(이 경우 게임을 이용할 수 없습니다).

5. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지와 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 게임 안: 설정 > 고객센터에서 요청, 또는 설정 > 계정 삭제
- 이메일: dev.mark2357@gmail.com (설정 화면의 계정 ID를 함께 적어 주세요)
- 자세한 계정 삭제 안내: 계정·데이터 삭제
요청은 10일 안에 처리하며, 법령상 보관해야 하는 기록은 그 사유를 알려 드립니다.
6. 만 14세 미만 아동
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 법정대리인 동의 없이 수집하지 않습니다. 그런 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 미성년자의 결제는 법정대리인이 취소를 요청할 수 있습니다(환불 정책 참고).
7. 자동 수집 장치
게임은 이용 통계와 오류 분석을 위해 Firebase(구글) SDK를, 무료판의 무료 충전소(보상형 광고)를 위해 Google AdMob SDK를, 미션 충전(오퍼월)을 위해 애드팝콘 SDK를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 광고 식별자와 기기 정보가 수집됩니다. 광고는 이용자가 직접 눌러 볼 때만 나오고, 유럽(EEA·영국·스위스) 이용자에게는 먼저 광고 동의를 묻습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 유료판·스팀판에는 광고 SDK가 들어 있지 않습니다. 웹사이트는 쿠키를 필수 기능에만 사용합니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 전 구간 암호화 전송(HTTPS)
- 계정 비밀값은 복원할 수 없는 해시로만 저장
- 데이터베이스는 서버 기능을 통해서만 접근하도록 차단, 관리자 접근과 변경 내역 기록
- 매일 자동 백업, 접근 권한 최소화

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전에 게임 공지로 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.
Privacy Policy

LABOON ("we") operates the mobile game RETURN TO 1990 (the "Game") in compliance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. The Game does not ask for your name, phone number or national ID; you play with a game account that is randomly created on your device.
1. Information we collect
- Automatically created: random game account ID, app version, device OS/model, country setting — to keep your account and fix errors.
- Gameplay: game progress (cloud save), in-game currency history, ranking records, nickname (if set) — to provide the Game and let you continue on a new device.
- Purchases: Google Play order ID, product, time and status — to verify and deliver purchases and handle refunds. Payment card details are handled by Google; we never receive them.
- Support: your message and an optional reply email.
- Automatically collected: in-game usage events, crash logs, server access logs (IP address), advertising ID — for improvement, statistics and fraud prevention.
- Optional: Google account identifier if you link it, for account recovery.
2. Retention
When you delete your account we delete your game data without delay, except records the law requires us to keep: purchase records 5 years, dispute records 3 years, access logs 3 months.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or provide your information to third parties, except when legally required.
4. Processors and international transfer
Supabase, Inc. (USA; data stored in Seoul, Korea) — game server and database · Google LLC (USA) — in-app billing, analytics and crash reporting (Firebase) · Vercel Inc. Data is transferred over the network while you use the Game and deleted when the contract ends or you delete your account.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time via Settings > Support, Settings > Delete account, or dev.mark2357@gmail.com (please include the account ID shown in Settings). See Account & data deletion. We respond within 10 days.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without guardian consent and delete it once we learn of it.
7. SDKs and advertising ID
The Game uses Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting, and in the free edition Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and AdPopcorn for the offerwall. These collect the advertising ID and device information. Ads only appear when you choose to watch one, and players in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. The paid and Steam editions contain no ad SDKs. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
8. Security
HTTPS everywhere, account secrets stored only as one-way hashes, database access restricted to server functions, admin actions logged, daily backups.
